Our Story
We are two complementary owners: the dreamer and the pragmatist, the impulsive one and the reflective one, the guide and the host. We decided to open this fine dining restaurant in the heart of Florence, driven by our passion for hospitality and the desire to see our customers return happily to our tables.
We spare no effort in selecting seasonal products, carefully sourced ingredients, and fine wines because we want to offer our guests an unforgettable culinary experience. We noticed that many restaurants offer the same traditional dishes repeatedly, but we chose to go beyond that, presenting a selection of fine meats and seasonal dishes that honor tradition while also surpassing it.
