We attended the morning pasta making class and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We made 3 types of pasta and our teacher / chef made the experience so worthwhile!

This was a great experience where we got to learn how to make three different types of fresh pasta from Lorenzo and Alfredo! They were great teachers who imparted a lot of knowledge on us and the sauces they made to accompany the pasta were excellent.

The class was so fun and relaxing.

This class was so fun and relaxing. Location is great, so convenient, right inside Florence, and easy to find. Class started right on time. Class included all 3 hours. One of the benefits was that it was indoors, air conditioned, keep out of the heat during prime time (we picked the 2:30 pm class). Perfect amount of people.

So much fun and delicious pasta!

This class was so much fun!! The pasta turns out so good and the chefs really help you make it if you’re confused. This experience was also very interactive and the chef was so funny!! So glad I decided to join! Do note however that it is not gluten free.
